Figure 25.9 shows an example of input capture operation when the noise filter is stopped.
In this example, both rising and falling edges have been selected as the TIOCAn pin input capture input edge, the falling
edge has been selected as the TIOCBn pin input capture input edge, and counter clearing by TPUm.TGRB input capture
has been set for TPUm.TCNT.

If noise filtering is enabled, input capture operation is performed on the edges of noise-filtered signal after a delay of
(minimum sampling interval × 2 + PCLK) due to noise filtering for the input capture input.
