Replacement Procedures for the Laminator

Laminator Controller PCBA
For replacement, use Kit PCBA Laminator Controller 105936G-510. Contact Zebra Customer
Service at +01 877-275-9327 for ordering information.
Step 1. Unplug all the laminator controller PCBA cable connectors and ground connections.
To avoid confusion when reinstalling, mark all disconnected plugs and associated
connectors.
Step 2. With a TORX T10 driver, remove the four mounting screws (circled above) holding
the laminator controller PCBA in place.
Step 3. Set the laminator controller PCBA aside.
