The Operator Manual(s) should be fully read and understood before operating the Voluson™ P8 /
Voluson™ P6 and also kept near the unit for quick reference.

Model Designations
This manual covers the Voluson™ P8 / Voluson™ P6 ultrasound units listed on page 1-2.
Icons
Pictures, or icons, are used wherever they reinforce the printed message. The icons, labels and

Safety Precaution Messages
