(3) Independent PTO Control Valve
Independent PTO Control Valve Setting Pressure
1. Disconnect the OPC switch connector and remove the seat.
2. Remove the plate (1).
3. Remove the 3-point hitch lowering speed knob (2).
4. Remove the plug (3) with a hexagon wrench.
5. Install the adapter to the independent PTO control valve (4).
6. Connect the cable and the pressure gauge to the adapter (2).
7. Reassemble the plate (1).
8. Start the engine and set at the maximum speed. (Pressure at
"ENGAGED" position)
9. Move the independent PTO lever (5) to "ENGAGED" position
A.
10. Measure the pressure. (Pressure at "DISENGAGED" position)
11. Move the independent PTO lever (5) to position B.
12. Measure the pressure.
13. If the pressure is not the factory specifications, adjust setting
pressure with (the adjusting) shims.
Condition
• Engine speed : Maximum
• Oil temperature : 50 °C (122 °F)
