Add a view family.
SYNTAX:
snmp view add viewname = <{V1View|View_all|basic_readview|

viewtree = <string>
type = <{include|exclude}>
[storage = <{other|volatile|nonVolatile|
permanent|readOnly}>]
where:
viewname Configure a human readable string representing the name
of this family of view subtrees.
REQUIRED
viewtree Configure an object identifier that identifies a subtree of the
MIB.
REQUIRED
type Indicate whether the subtree is explicitely accessible or not
in this family of view subtrees.
REQUIRED
storage Configure the storage type. OPTIONAL
