Creates an OSPF area
SYNTAX:
router ospf area add id = <ip-address>
type = <{normal|stub|nssa}>
where:
id The unique id of this OSPF Area. A value of 0.0.0.0 signals
that the area is a backbone area.
REQUIRED
type Specfies the type of OSPF area REQUIRED
