where:
state Enable/disable E-OAM. OPTIONAL
max-pdu-rate Maximum number of PDUs per second. OPTIONAL
mru Maximum Receive Unit. OPTIONAL
tx-timeout Transmission timeout. OPTIONAL
ll-timeout Local Lost Link timeout. OPTIONAL
oui OUI to be used in Information OAM PDUs (system OUI if
left blank).
