Add notify entry.
SYNTAX:
snmp notify add name = <string>
tag = <string>
[type = <{trap|inform}>]
[storage = <{other|volatile|nonVolatile|
permanent|readOnly}>]
where:
name Configure a human readable string representing the name
of this notification.
REQUIRED
tag Configure a human readable string that is used to select a
set of entries in the snmpTargetAddrTable
REQUIRED
type Configure the notify type. OPTIONAL
storage Configure the storage type. OPTIONAL
