Add a mapping between the localmap and a port
SYNTAX:
voice localmap ports add index = <{0|1}>
voiceport = <{FXS1|FXS2}>
where:
index The index of the local/internal call dialplan REQUIRED
voiceport The specific phone to be linked to the localmap REQUIRED
