SYNTAX:
statecheck groupadd [statecheck = <{eco}>]
name = <string>
[checkop = <{and|or}>]
where:
statecheck The name of the statecheck. OPTIONAL
name The name of the group. REQUIRED
checkop Check operator type. OPTIONAL
