Working with Configuration Files
This chapter describes how to work with the switch configuration files on the Catalyst 6500 series
switches.
Note For complete syntax and usage information for the commands that are used in this chapter, refer to the
Catalyst 6500 Series Switch Command Reference publication.
Note The flash device names (such as slot0:) differ depending on the type of supervisor engine. See the
“Understanding How the Flash File System Works” section on page 26-1 for details.
