Add the gateway hostname to the storage group by using one of the following
methods:
◆ “Unisphere” on page 249
◆ “Navisphere CLI” on page 241
Unisphere Using Unisphere, add the gateway hostname to the storage group that you created in
“Create storage group” on page 238.
1. From the main Unisphere page, select the storage array.
2. Select Hosts > Storage Groups.
3. Select the Storage Group Name and click the Properties button. The dialog box in
Figure 158 appears.

4. On the Hosts tab, in the Show Hosts box, select Not connected.
5. In the Select Hosts box, locate the gateway CS 0 hostname that you assigned
when you created the initiator records (for example, Celerra_RTP55Cs0 in
Figure 158).
6. Move only this host to the Hosts to be Connected box by selecting the entry in
Available Hosts (for example, Celerra_RTP55Cs0) and clicking the right arrow
between the two boxes.
7. Click OK.
Navisphere CLI If you are using Navisphere CLI, you do not need to add the gateway hostname to the
storage group. The hostname was added to the storage group as part of blade port
registration (see “Verify blade port registration” on page 246).
