2. Check the drum maintenance cam rollers for
damage or improper movement.
3. If the pivot plate or cam rollers are faulty,
replace.
4. Did this correct the problem?
Complete. Go to Step 3.

1. Use service diagnostics to run the Drum
Maintenance/Transfix Home test.
2. Use service diagnostics to run the Drum
Maintenance Drive test.
If either test fails,
Replace the process drive.
