Ricoh Printer Assistant is printer management software that installs with your Windows Ricoh print driver. With
it, you can scan documents and photos, order supplies, check ink levels, and more. See these frequently asked
questions for more information about Ricoh Printer Assistant.
Is Printer Assistant installed on my computer?
When you install the full feature printer software on your Windows computer, either from the printer CD or from
the Ricoh website, Printer Assistant installs automatically and should be available. Use one of the following
methods to check for and open Ricoh Printer Assistant.
• Double-click the printer icon on the desktop to open Printer Assistant.

• Search Windows for your printer model name, and then click your printer in the list of results to open
Ricoh Printer Assistant.
If you cannot find Printer Assistant, download and install the full feature driver for your printer on your
computer.
