Buttons
Buttons
The following tables list the buttons used in Cedex Bio screens and describe their use.
The buttons are grouped according to the kind of function they represent.
General functions
Interactive functions
Icon Name Use
Help Display concise information that is relevant to the current
screen and situation.
Start Start processing orders.
Stop Display Stop options.
Choose the Stop button twice to enter the touchscreen test
mode. Choose the Stop button again to leave the test mode.
Alarm Look at alarms.
Paper Feed Advance the printer paper.

Icon Name Use
Add Add or define an item.
Delete Delete the selected item.
Cancel Abort the operation.
Do not use this button while the system is performing control
or calibration tests, this might lead to data loss
Close Close the screen.
Print Print the content of the current screen’s working area.
List Display the content of the current screen’s working area in a
table.
OK Confirm the operation, save the data and close the screen.
Save
Detail Show detailed information on the selected item.
Filter Apply filter criteria to the current view.
Edit Modify the selected item.
Perform Perform the selected action.
Export Export data.
Import Import data.
Disk Status Handle the reagent disk and its reagents. Show the status of
the reagents.
