Usage
sFunction = smu.source.func
smu.source.func = sFunction
The source function; set to one of the following values:
• Current source: smu.FUNC_DC_CURRENT
• Voltage source: smu.FUNC_DC_VOLTAGE
Details
Setting this command configures the instrument as either a voltage source or a current source.
Reading this attribute returns the output setting of the source.
Example
smu.source.func = smu.FUNC_DC_CURRENT
Sets the source function of the
instrument to be a current source.
