If an error occurs in the machine, determine the error conditions from the alarm indicator and
operating status, identify the cause of the error, and take appropriate countermeasures.
Error Diagnosis Using the Displayed Alarm Codes

Power supply
undervoltage
Occurs when the power
supply is turned ON.
• The power supply
voltage is low.
• Momentary power
interruption occurred.
• Power supply capacity
is insufficient.
• The power supply
voltage is reduced
because the main
power supply is OFF.
• The main power
supply is not input.
• Increase the power
supply capacity.
• Change the power
supply.
• Turn ON the power
supply.
• Power supply capacity
is insufficient.
• Increase the power
supply capacity.
• Phase loss. • Connect the phases
(L1, L2, L3) of the
power supply voltage
correctly.
• For single-phase,
connect to L1 and L3
correctly.
• The main circuit power
supply is damaged.
• Control PCB error.
• Replace the Servo
Drive.
