•None—Nocorrectionsaremade.
• Tidal—Usesnearbytidestationdatatocorrectheight.When Tidalisselectedatidalstation
searchisperformedandalistofavailablestationsisdisplayed.Selecttheclosesttidestation
toyourlocation.
•
Lakelevel—Userspecifiedvalueusingthewaterlevelmarkerforyourlocation.

T oensureaccuratecontourdepthsitisrecommendedthat:
•intidalenvironments(forexample,seasandoceans)youuseLightHouse™NC2cartographythat
includestidestationinformationandselectthetidestationclosesttoyourlocation;
•infreshwaterenvironments(forexample,lakes),select
Lakelevelinthe Heightcorrection:field
andthenenterthecurrentreadingfromthewaterlevelmarkerforyourlocationintothefield
locatedundertheheightcorrectionoption.

Steepdrop-offscanresultinoverlappingcontourlines;loweringthedensityinthesesituations
providesaclearerview.

TheFindnearestfeatureallowsyoutoselectatargetorlocationandsearchfornearbyobjects
orplaces.
