This command does not work in Layer 3 mode and it does not work in conjunction
with IP Source Guard.
Example
The following example limits the rate on VLAN 11 to 150000 kbps or the normal
burst size to 9600 bytes.
switchxxxxxx(config)# rate-limit 11 150000 9600

Use the qos wrr-queue wrtd Global Configuration mode command to enable
Weighted Random Tail Drop (WRTD). Use the no form of this command to disable
WRTD.
