To clear messages from the internal logging buffer, use the clear logging
Privileged EXEC mode command.
Syntax
clear logging
Parameters
This command has no arguments or keywords.
Default Configuration
None

Privileged EXEC mode
Example
The following example clears messages from the internal logging buffer.
switchxxxxxx#
clear logging
Clear Logging Buffer ? (Y/N)[N]

To clear messages from the logging file, use the clear logging file Privileged EXEC
mode command.
