Functions and
Operations
■ First order lag operation
• First order lag operation serves as a filter for each input. For a multi-
input type, the operation is set for each of inputs 1 to 4 in "First order
lag operation 1 - 4".
• To use first order lag operation, set "First order lag operation enable"
to "ON" (the initial setting is OFF). A time constant must also be set,
and this is selected so that the result of the operation is 0.63 times
the input data.
■ Move average
• The move average operation reduces sudden changes in the input
due to noise and other factors, and can be enabled for each input.
• To use the move average operation, set "Move average enable" to
"ON" (the initial setting is OFF).
• A count must also be selected in the "Move average" setting. Selec-
tions are 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, and 32 times.
