debug macsec
To enable debugging of 802.1ae Media Access Control Security (MACsec), use the debug macsec
privileged EXEC command. To disable debugging, use the no form of this command.
debug macsec [errors | events]
no debug macsec [errors | events]
Syntax Description
Defaults MACsec debugging is disabled.

Usage Guidelines Entering the debug macsec command with no keywords starts all MACsec debugging facilities.
The undebug macsec command is the same as the no debug macsec command.
When you enable debugging, it is enabled only on the stack master. To enable debugging on a stack
member, you can start a session from the stack master by using the session switch-number privileged
EXEC command. Then enter the debug command at the command-line prompt of the stack member. You
can use the remote command stack-member-number LINE privileged EXEC command on the stack
master switch to enable debugging on a member switch without starting a session.
