Main work
– Check the top and bottom heim joints.
– Move the swingarm up and down.
» If there is detectable play:
– Change the heim joint. ( p. 102)
Finishing work
– Remove load from the front of the vehicle.
– Remove the motorcycle from the lift stand. ( p. 12)

– Clamp the shock absorber into the vise.
Guideline
Use soft jaws.
