Press the electric starter button for a maximum of
5 seconds. Wait for 30 seconds before a further
attempt at starting.
At temperatures below 15 °C (60 °F), several attempts
at starting may be necessary to warm-up the lithium-ion
battery and thereby increase the starting power.
During the starting process, the malfunction indicator
lamp lights up.
5.4 Starting the motorcycle to check the function

Danger of poisoning Exhaust gases are toxic and inhaling them may result in unconsciousness and death.
–
Always make sure there is sufficient ventilation when running the engine.
– Use an effective exhaust extraction system when starting or running the engine in an enclosed space.
– Shift gear to neutral.
