CLUTCH RELEASE CAMSHAFT
DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the clutch release arm 1, return spring 2 and
washer 3.
• Pull out the oil seal 4, bearing 5 with the clutch release cam-
shaft 6.

• Remove the clutch push rod cap 7 and oil seal 8.

REASSEMBLY
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” the release camshaft 1,
new bearing 2 and oil seal 3 before installing.
) 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
• Install the clutch release arm and tighten the bolt 1.
NOTE:
Align the release arm punch mark A with the notch mark B on
the release camshaft.
The removed oil seal and bearing must be replaced
with new one.
The removed oil seal must be replaced with new one.
