1. Check:
• Rocker shaft
Blue color / wear => Replace,
inspect the lubrication system.
ROCKER AND ROCKER SHAFT
5. Measure:
• Camshaft roller bearing diameter a
Out of specification => Replace camshaft.
As per specification => Replace bearing
(spacer).
4. Measure:
• Clearance between camshaft and
bearing
Out of specification => Measure the
camshaft bearing diameter.
3. Measure:
• Warping (Camshaft)
Out of specification => Replace.
Cam height
Exhaust:
a 30.15~30.25 mm
b 36.51~36.61 mm
Warping (Camshaft)
Less than 0.03 mm
Camshaft clearance – bearing:
0.020~0.061 mm
Camshaft bearing
diameter:
24.960~24.980 mm
