4. Check:
• Climbing of the transmission chain links
- Clean and lubricate or replace.
INSTALLATION
NOTE:
Tighten the screws in a cross pattern.
Replacement steps
• Remove the screws 1. Remove sprocket.
• Install a new sprocket.
5. Check:
• Pinion gear
• Sprocket
Wear over ¼ of tooth = > Replace ratio.
Inclined tooth = > Replace ratio.

4 Pinion gear

Reverse the "REMOVAL" procedures.
1. Lubricate:
• Transmission chain
• Chain seam (new)
