INSPECTION AND REPAIR
2. Check:
• Oil pump driving gear 1
• Oil pump 2
Wear/breakage/damages => Replace.
1. Measure:
• Clearance a
(between the internal rotor 1 and the
external rotor 2)
• Side clearance b
(between the external rotor 2 and the
pump case 3)
Out of specification => Replace oil pump.
OIL PUMP AND FILTER STRAINER
7. Check:
• Shift shaft 1
• Stop stem 2
Damages/warping/wear => Replace.
• Torsion spring 3
• Return spring 4
Breakage/damages => Replace.
Clearance a
0.15 mm
Side clearance b:
0.04 ~ 0.09 mm
