WARNING
When dismounting the caliper, replace the
piston retainer and the dust protector.

WARNING
All internal parts should be cleaned using
new brake fluid. Do not use solvents, since
this will result in deformations.
1. Check:
• Caliper cylinder
• Wear/scratches = > Replace the caliper
assembly
• Caliper piston
Scratches/corrosion/wear = > Replace
the caliper assembly
2. Check:
• Caliper support
Damage = > Replace the caliper assembly
• Caliper body
Damage = > Replace the caliper assembly
• Rubber protectors
Damage/wear = > Replace.
• Brake fluid passages (caliper)
Blow with compressed air
