NOTE:

Remove the float pin in the arrow direction.

1. Disconnect:

• Choke assembly 1

2. Remove:

• Carburetor bowl 1

• Pilot screw 2

3. Remove:

• Float pin 1

• Float 2

• Needle valve assembly 3

NOTE:

The following parts can be cleaned

and checked with no need for dismounting:

• Pilot screw

• Choke

• Idle speed screw

DISMOUNTING

4. Remove:

• Main adjusting nozzle 1

• Pilot adjusting nozzle 2

• Diffuser 3

• Needle valve seat 4
