2. Measure:
• Spring free length a
Out of specification = > Replace
3. Check:
• Damper stem 1
Wear/warping/damage => Replace.
Contamination = > Blow all passages
with compressed air.
• Stem ring 2

Scratches/warping/damage => Replace.
4. Check:
• Return spring 1
Damage = > Replace.
5. Check:
• Oil retainer 1
• O-ring 2
Damage = > Replace.
