ENGINE INSPECTION

NOTE:

It is not necessary to remove the engine

in order to remove the following

components:

• Head

• Cylinder

• Piston

• Clutch

• Oil pump

• Magnet rotor

ENGINE REMOVAL

1. Remove:

• Side covers

• Seat

• Fuel tank

SEAT, FUEL TANK AND COVERS

1. Remove:

• Crankcase guard 1

CRANKCASE GUARD

1. Remove:

• Oil filling screw 1

• Drain plug 2
