1. Remove:
• Carbon fouling
(from piston head 1 and ring grooves
2)
2. Check:
• Piston side
Wear/scratches/damages => Replace.
CYLINDER AND PISTON

3. Check:
• Chain guide 1 (Exhaust side)
• Chain guide 2 (Intake side)
Wear/damages => Replace.
4. Check:
• Camshaft chain tensioner clearance
Checking steps:
• Use a screwdriver 1, turning clockwise,
to pull and lock the tensioner system.
• Press the stem and verify the smoothness
of the movement.
• If the test result is unsatisfactory, replace
the assembly.
