This sets or queries the level type for the 'time outside level' measurement.
Measurements are specified by x.

MEASUrement:MEAS<x>:EDGES :LEVel?
Arguments
HIGH specifies the H IGH level.
LOW specifies the LOW level.
BOTH specifies both the HIGH and LOW level.
Examples
MEASUrement:MEAS1:EDGES:L EVel LOW sets the level to the low level.
MEASUrement:MEAS1:EDGES:L EVel? might return
:MEASUREMENT:MEAS1:EDGES: LEVEL HIGH indicating the level is set to
the high level.
MEASUrement:MEAS<x>:EDGES:LOWERFREQuency
This command sets o r queries the lower fre quency for the measurement when the
measurement type is phase noise. Lower frequencies are ignored. Measurements
are specified by x.

<NR3> is the lower frequency of the edge.
