Arguments
<NR3> is the value used as the mid reference level of the rising edge when the
measurement's ref level method is set to absolute.
Examples

reference level to 10.0 mV.
MEASUrement:REF1:REFLevel s:ABSolute:RISEMid? might return
:MEASUREMENT:REF1:REFLEVE LS:ABSOLUTE:RISEMID 0.0E+ 0 indicating
the mid reference level is 0.0 V.

This command sets or queries the reference level type for the m easurement.
