IS state.

If the peer device is not an GE-XP or 10GE-XP card, consult the peer device manual to find the scenarios under
which the EFM-RFI-DG alarm is raised.

Default Severity: Major (MJ), Service-Affecting (SA)
Logical Object: GE
The EFM Remote Failure Indication Link Fault (EFM-RFI-LF) alarm indicates that the peer interface has a
carrier loss.
Clear the EFM-RFI-LF Alarm
