1.Disconnectthebatteriesanddischargethecontroller.SeeDisconnecttheBatteries–ElectricVehicles

2.Removepedalgroup.SeePedalGroupRemoval,Section5,Page5-1.
3.Disconnectthetwo-pinandthree-pinconnectorsfromtheMCOR.
4.RemovetheT25torxscrewsecuringtheMCORtothepedalgroup.
5.DetachthetwotabsfromtheacceleratorpedalandremovetheMCORfromvehicle.
MCORINSTALLATION
1.AlignthetwotabsoftheMCOR(2)withtheslotsintheacceleratorpedalonthepedalgroup.InserttheMCOR
intotheacceleratorpedaluntilthetabsengage.SeefollowingNOTE.
NOTE:RotatethepedalbackandforthifnecessarytoaligntheD-shapedendofshaftwiththeMCOR.
2.SecureMCORtopedalgroupwithT25torxscrew.Tightenscrewto19in·lb(2.1N·m).
3.Connectthetwo-pinandthree-pinconnectorsfromthewireharnesstotheMCOR.
4.Installthepedalgroup.SeePedalGroupInstallationonpage5-3.
5.Connectthebatteries.SeeConnecttheBatteries–ElectricVehiclesonpage1-5.
