•Checkallscreensand/orltersonwatersupplies.Cleanorreplacealllters/linestrainersasnecessary.Failureto
dosocancauseareductioninthewaterpressureandowratesneededtooperatethesystemproperly.Alter
screencanbefoundontheinletofallregulators,andalinestraineronallsupplyhoses.Besuretoreplacethe
deionizerltercartridgeasindicatedbythewaterqualitylight.TheDeionizersystemhasabattery-powered,water
qualitylight.Deionizerltershavealimitedlifecycleandaredisposable.Lifecycleofthelterwillvarybasedon
incomingwaterqualityandwaterusage.Ifthedeionizersystemisequippedwithawaterqualitylight,pressthe
buttontocheck.ReplacelterimmediatelyiftheredlightcomesONindicatingserviceisrequired.
ReplacementltersareavailablefromClubCarServiceParts.
•Inspecttheconditionofalltubing,connections,andcouplers.Makesurethatallpartsareingoodworkingcondition,
secure,leakfree,andproperlyconnected.ThecouplermusthaveanO-ringandthedustcoverproperlyattached.
•Cleanopticalindicatorofthewaterqualitylight.Iftheopticalindicatorisdirty,cleanitbywipingwithacloth.

StartingDecember2013,newdecalswereinstalledonthedeionizerwallbracketandthedeionizerlter.Theblue,
deionizerwallbracketdecalisaFilterReplacementRecordLog.TheyellowlterdecalisaFleetInspectionRecord
Log.Usethesedecalstorecordlterreplacementactivityandeetinspectionactivity.Forconvenience,bothdecals
haveaQRcodefororderingreplacementlters.
