ENGINE REASSEMBLY
Gear shift and kick start pedal installation
Install the gear shift pedal (1) and tighten the screw (2) using an 8 mm wrench
(8 Nm, 0.8 Kgm, 5.8 ft/lb).
Check the pedal (1) for damage.
Ret the kick start pedal (3) and tighten the screw (4) using a 12 mm wrench
(25 Nm, 2.5 Kgm, 18.44 ft/lb + Loctite 272). Make sure that the pedal does not
foul the cover.
