About Memories Usable with FH ser-
ies/FHV series
The following types of memory can be used with FH series/FHV series Sensor Controller.
• On-board memory:
This is the area where images are temporarily stored when logging images using the logging func-
tion. This uses ring memory and if the maximum number of save images has been reached, images
are overwritten starting with the oldest. This is cleared when the power is turned OFF.
• RAMDisk:
Image logging file, data logging file, and capture images can be saved.
As this is memory inside the Sensor Controller, files can be saved and read faster than using USB
memory. However, capacity is a fixed 256 MB. Files saved in RAMDisk are cleared when the power
is turned OFF.
• Application memory:
This is a memory used for all applications.
This is a memory area that is used temporarily by applications. By confirming available memory, this
provides a rough standard for confirming status while operating. The user has no access to it.
