10.22 Diagnostics Export
Diagnostics Export is used to export diagnostics files to a USB drive. This feature is for Husky
Technical Support use only. Please contact Husky for assistance if necessary.
10.23 Mold Cooling Enable
The Mold Cooling Enable Limit sets the threshold that the system uses to make the decision
when to activate or deactivate the Mold Cooling Enable output.
Digital Output 5 is activated when this output's “In Use” check box is selected and all
automatic zone temperatures have increased more than the Mold Cooling Enable Limit. This
output is de-activated when the system is in the 'Stop' state and all automatic zone
temperatures have decreased to less than the same limit.
To set the Mold Cooling Enable value, do the steps that follow:
1. From the System Setup screen, touch the Heats Setup tab at the bottom of the screen
and then the Control Page 2 tab.
2. Touch the Mold Cooling Enable Limit field that is below Mold Cooling Enable.
3. Enter the temperature and then touch the Accept button.
10.24 Staged Startup and Shutdown
This feature allows the system to heat or cool zones in a specified order with the use of stages.
Zones can be assigned to any of the four stages and can be configured with a separate set
point for each stage. A timer can also be configured for each stage that lets all the zones to
“soak” for a user specified amount of time. The hot runner system must be heated and cooled
in a specified order to prevent problems, such as misalignment and leakage.
