ALARMS VORTEX
Description: Lists active VPS Alarms.
Command Level: 1
Syntax: ALARMS VORTEX, ALARMS VORTEX SYSTEM, ALARMS VORTEX
PCU[PCU_number], ALARMS VORTEX LVD, ALARMS VORTEX SHUNT,
ALARMS VORTEX MCA, ALARMS VORTEX SUBSYSTEM
A V, A V SYSTEM, A V PCU[PCU_number], A V LVD, A V SHUNT, A V MCA
Comments: Alarms of a specific VPS entity can be viewed separately by entering the
command ALARMS V followed by a space and then the entity specifier (SYSTEM,
PCU[PCU_number], LVD, SHUNT, MCA, or SUBSYSTEM).
Notes:
PCU failure status is only displayed for PCUs installed in the system.
The following is displayed if there are no active MCA alarms.
VORTEX MCA STATUS AS OF xx:xx:xx ON xx/xx/xx.
Description Alarm Status
No active MCA alarms
The following is displayed if there are no active SHUNT alarms.
SHUNT ACTIVE ALARMS AS OF xx:xx:xx ON xx/xx/xx
Description Alarm Status
No active SHUNT alarms
The following is displayed if there are no digital LVDs installed in the system.
LVD ACTIVE ALARMS AS OF xx:xx:xx ON xx/xx/xx.
Description Alarm Status
No digitally controlled LVDs installed
Potentiometer controlled LVDs are displayed only when the LVD circuit is active.
The following is displayed if there are no active LVD alarms.
LVD ACTIVE ALARMS AS OF xx:xx:xx ON xx/xx/xx.
Description Alarm Status
No active LVD alarms
The following is displayed if there are no active alarms on a selected PCU.
PCU## ACTIVE ALARMS AS OF xx:xx:xx ON xx/xx/xx.
Alarm Status
No active PCU alarms
The following is displayed if the selected PCU is not installed in the system.
