STARTER MOTOR REASSEMBLY
Reassemble the starter motor in the reverse order of disassem-
bly. Pay attention to the following points:

• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE to the lip of the oil seal.
- 99000-25030: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” (USA)
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” (Others)
• Apply a small quantity of SUZUKI MOLY PASTE to the arma-
ture shaft.
. 99000-25140: SUZUKI MOLY PASTE
• Install the spacer
1 to brush terminal.
• When installing the brush holder on the rear bracket, set the
projection
B of the brush holder into the groove
A of the rear
bracket.
Replace the O-rings with the new ones to prevent oil
leakage and moisture.
