026-403 Stop printing and wait for toner cooling RAP
026-403 When IOT sends notification that cooling related to the toner is required when the IOT
internal temperature is high.
Procedure
Inform the customer to give the machine time to cool down before proceeding.
026-700 LDAP Protocol Error RAP
026-700 It was detected that the error response returned from the server does not exist in the
LDAP protocol definitions.
Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Advise the customer that this fault is caused when the server uses an undefined LDAP
protocol that is not supported by the machine. Correct any mistakes in server settings or
client operation.
2. If the fault persists, reload the software, GP 4.
