REP 80.29 Tray 4 Lower Feed Chute (TTM)

Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to GP 10. Disconnect the power cord
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. Remove the tray 4 feeder assembly, REP 80.35.
2. Turn the tray 4 feeder assembly upside down.
3. Remove the lower feed chute, Figure 1:
a. Remove two screws (1).
b. Remove the lower feed chute (2).

Replacement
The replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.

Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to GP 10. Disconnect the power cord
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity

1. Remove the lower (tray 3 and 4) takeaway roll, REP 80.41.
2. Remove the TTM chute, Figure 1:
a. Remove two screws (1).
b. Move the TTM chute (2) towards the rear, then remove the TTM chute.
NOTE: The TTM chute is secured in the centre by a clip feature.

Replacement
The replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
