The format of the ini file parameter is:

Enables the RADIUS application.

Defines the IP address of the RADIUS accounting server.
Web: Accounting Port

Defines the port of the RADIUS accounting server.
The default is 1646.
Web/EMS: RADIUS Accounting
Type

[RADIUSAccountingType]
Determines when the RADIUS accounting messages are sent to
the RADIUS accounting server.

Web/Telnet Login
EMS: Web Use Radius Login

[WebRADIUSLogin]
Enables RADIUS queries for Web and Telnet login authentication.
When enabled, logging into the device's Web and Telnet
embedded servers is done through a RADIUS server. The device
communicates with a user-defined RADIUS server and verifies
the given username and password against a remote database, in
a secure manner.
