DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY
D Disassemble in numerical order shown in figure below and note the following.
D For reassembly, reverse disassembly procedure.
D When removing stator lead wire from rectifier, carry out soldering
quickly.
CAUTION:
Overheating can damage semiconductor components
such as regulator and rectifier.
NOTE:
Hold lead wire with pliers during soldering to prevent apply-
ing heat to rectifier.
D Hold rotor with soft jawed vise and remove pulley by using special
tool.
