DTC43 ECU CODE NOT MATCHED
DESCRIPTION:
Immobilizer Control Module and ECM check if ECU codes registered in them respectively match. If the codes do
not match, Immobilizer Control Module sets DTC 43.
INSPECTION:

Go to Step 2. Go to “Immobilizer Diag.

2 1) Register ECU code in immobilizer control
module according to “Procedure after
Immobilizer Control Module Replacement”
section.
2) Read DTC according to “Diagnostic Trouble
Code Check” section.
Does Suzuki scan tool indicate DTC 43 again?
Faulty ECM. Go to “Immobilizer Diag.
Flow Table”.
