disconnected from the monitor.
Reconnect the Microstream MCable
to the monitor.

hardware has failed due to one
of the following issues:
– a corrupt EPROM (erasable
programmable read-only
memory) chip
– a compromised flow rate
that caused the auto-zero
procedure to fail.
