Check that the working screen is displayed but not any of menu
screens.
Semi-auto mode cannot be selected if any of menu screens is dis-
played.
Check that the working mode is not L or B mode.
Change the working mode to any of P, E, ATT/P, and ATT/E modes,
and then select semi-auto mode.
Check that the work equipment control lever is not tilted (not operat-
ed).
Semi-auto mode can be selected when the work equipment control
lever is in NEUTRAL.
Semi-auto mode may not be selected on a steep slopes.
Move the machine to the gentle slopes or level ground, and then se-
lect the semi-auto mode.
The machine display
may be shaky even
when the machine
stands still with the tilt
bucket installed.
This is an issue of stability of tilt angle sensor, and it is not an abnor-
mality
.
Set it to sensor value fix mode, and the shakiness of machine display
can be controlled when tilting operation of the tilt bucket is not per-
formed.

PRECAUTIONS FOR

Check that the machine does not dig in the design data 500 mm {1 ft
8 in} and deeper
.
If the machine digs in the design data 500 mm {1 ft 8 in} and deeper,
the auto stop control operates.
WORKING MODE
Check that the machine does not dig in the design data 700 mm {2 ft
4 in} and deeper
.
The mode changes to the manual mode if the machine digs in the
design data by 700 mm {2 ft 4 in} and deeper.
Check that there is no defect such as hole or protrusion exists on the
design data.
The auto grade assist control may not operate normally if there is
any defect.

If the engine speed is low, make it full speed. -
